Lowest Guaranteed Rates!

All hotel reservations booked through the Alliance Reservations Network are guaranteed to be the lowest rate available. If you find a lower rate for the same dates and the same hotel, the process is simple: Submit our Rate Guarantee Form within 24 hours of booking Alliance Reservations Network will either refund the difference or cancel the reservations without penalty.
This guarantee may not apply to special events or third party bookings. Refund amount will be credited to the same credit card used to make the reservation. |

Which credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
How can I be sure my credit card information is secure? We use secure-socket-layer (SSL) encryption, the standard encryption on the Internet. This encryption allows our users to feel confident and secure about supplying their credit card and personal information.
What if I have questions about a previous reservation? Please fill out a customer service request by clicking here. Include your previous reservation amount along with your questions. Our customer service personnel will contact you within 24 hours to answer you questions.
What about parking at the hotel? Free parking is provided at many hotels. Check the property information pages for information on parking.
Do hotels have minimum age requirements to book a room? Most hotels require a minimum age of 18 in order to book a room. Some require the guest(s) be 21. You can see requirements for this and other hotel amenities on the hotels property information pages.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed with the hotel? You will receive a confirmation number immediately upon making your reservation. We then work behind the scenes with the hotel in order to pass the hotels confirmation number to you.
What does instant confirmation mean? We work closely with the hotels in our database. Only those hotels with availability for your requested dates can be booked through our system. After receiving confirmation on your credit card amount, we issue a confirmation. In addition, we will forward you the actual hotel confirmation number, usually within 48 hours.
Is there a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel? Some hotels do provide free shuttle services from the airport. This information can be found on the property information page for the specific hotel.
How do I get driving directions? Click the map link on the property page. This map will give you the main cross streets and address. Click the tab: directions, enter your address and click submit. You will see a detailed list of how many miles and where to turn.
