All hotel reservations booked through the Alliance Reservations Network are guaranteed to be the lowest rate available. If you find a lower rate for the same dates and the same hotel, the process is simple: Submit our Rate Guarantee Form within 24 hours of booking Alliance Reservations Network will either refund the difference or cancel the reservations without penalty.
This guarantee may not apply to special events or third party bookings. Refund amount will be credited to the same credit card used to make the reservation.

Is there a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel? Some hotels do provide free shuttle services from the airport. This information can be found on the property information page for the specific hotel.
Do you include taxes in the rates? Taxes are already figured into the final rate displayed for payment. Click the rate details link if you would like to see the taxes for each individual day reserved.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed with the hotel? You will receive a confirmation number immediately upon making your reservation. We then work behind the scenes with the hotel in order to pass the hotels confirmation number to you.
Will I get a free breakfast? Some hotels include a free breakfast with each room night booked. That information can be found on the property information page for the specific hotel.
Can I make a reservation for someone else? You can make a reservation for someone else using our system. Just make sure you include that persons name and information as the guest. You can have a different name and address for the guest and for the person paying with their credit card.
What about parking at the hotel? Free parking is provided at many hotels. Check the property information pages for information on parking.
